Hi, I'm Joy!

If you'd have asked me 10 years ago how to stay fit and healthy, my answer would have been run your guts out, follow a low-fat diet and repeat.

Ask me now however and my answer is completely different!

When someone asks you how you want to feel, what do you say?

Energetic? Confident? Motivated?

What about how you want to look

Strong? Lean? Fit?

YOU are the only person who can not only answer these questions, but make them a reality.

Don't get bogged down in thinking that nothing can help you! You have to believe in making progress and taking action.

Feeling lethargic, unmotivated, weak and unable to perform daily movements is not appectable for anyone regardless of age or lifestyle.
Too many people shurg these feelings off as if they're 'normal'. They are definitely NOT!

Joy McClymont
Joy is a Cert IV Personal Trainer, mother of 4, triathlon coach, Metafit Instructor and Fitness Australia's Active Achiever 2016.

From the age of 15, Joy has coached, mentored and advised people of all ages across a wide spectrum of sports and fitness activities including swimming, running, triathlons, aerobics, interval training, bodyweight strength and much more. 

Joy established her online health and fitness program whilst raising her 4 children on their cattle station 100km West of Longreach. With over 15 years experience in the sport and fitness industry, Joy has coached and mentored people from all loactions, age groups and fitness levels across Australia. Joy has a unique apporach to integrating fitness and healthy eating into any type of lifestyle regardless of time constraints, family commitments and work demands. Her concept of merging fitness, healthy eating and a positive mindset with our individual lifestyle and landscape, enables people to maintain healthy habits for life. 

this approach has seen a diverse range of people achieve a love of fitness, sustainable motivation and healthy eating that well exceeds their expectations.

Joy’s Fitness Hub is highly informative, fun and interactive. It gives you the knowledge, support and tools to create long-term fitness and health.

The Hub brings you the most up-to-date advice from a range of health, fitness and mindset professionals such as physiotherapists, psychologists, mindfulness teachers, high performance coaches, athletes and exercise physiologists.  

Most significantly, our Naturopath Nutritionist, Stacey Curcio (BHSc N.D. MHum. Nutrition), provides you with an informative step-by-step process to make achievable yet significant changes to what and how you eat.  

After 24 weeks of active involvement, you will:

Weeks 13 - 24

Physically challenge yourself to try new ways of exercising
Monitor your diet, reflect on portions and understand nutrient density
Deepen your understanding of how your body feels and what it needs
Learn more about your body and how it responds to different foods
Connect with others who understand the importance of being healthy and fit
